One of the Ghost Buster 59 Caddy Ambulances will be up soon. I watched this car roll in and out of a shop near here for a couple years during it's resto. One guy got both from the studio for peanuts. One was built by Miller Meteor. I think one had a emblem with a star on it from the coach builder that built the ambulance part.

Mostly reasonable prices up to now. But, this 67 Nova has me a bit confused to why it was bid to $150,000. Yes, it's an SS, 327, 4 spd in all black; but it's not an L-79, or a famous race car. Anyone?

the link you put up doesn't address that one way or another..
that might be in the paperwork and protecto plate..
but ya 150k is alot for a chevy II even with the 350-327

It was my understanding that the L-79's came with chrome lidded two snorkel air cleaners. Saw a couple for sale at the swap meet. They cost more than the original purchase price of my Impala. That one had the usual 275 hp 327 single snorkel air cleaner on it. But, I'm not sure about the '67's even offering that motor.

I also, have noticed pricing seems to lower than in the last few years.

I think barret jackson is paying for some of the broadcast as well ... see ESPN/NHRA
it really is a bore , turns off most normal car people , as evidenced here

When did Alice Cooper get that Zephyr back, I remember watching him sell it there a couple years ago.
And wasn't he supposed to build a car to sell each year based off one of is albums or something?
