Bangshifters on the Beach !!

Anthony (antmnte) and his lovely wife Jenny came down from New York to Daytona to watch the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona last weekend and we caught up this afternoon for lunch and some adult beverages.
I took them to Ormond Beach to see where it all began in the early days of automobile racing.

Here is Anthony moving his car, after being hassled by Ormond Beach Law Enforcement, for parking past the "no-go" posts ...



Anthony and me dipping our dogs into the somewhat chilled artic water....



Jenny was smarter than us gearheads and kept her shoes on.



Anthony driving his rental car down the same beach that the hero's of old did back in the day ...

Jenny looks reasonably intelligent. So what's she doing with the likes of you two? Probably the same thing ME's doing hanging out with me. Sometimes the ugly puppy gets adopted.

Tony - you didn't enable Steve did you ?
He just got out of rehab - he quit after 2 steps I heard ? (mess with my posts will ya !)

OK, lets get the facts straight - for Steve its like ground hogs day - every morning is day 1 because every afternoon is PARTY time :-[
