Tell us about your straight six. I'm about to build a 250 soon.
1967 Chevelle 300 2 Door Post. No factory options. 250 ci inline six with lump-ported head, big valves, Offy intake and 500cfm Edelbrock carb.

Re: Started my car hobby blog
Pete and I and a couple of other guys are inline folks. I'm running a 250 Chevy in Land Speed Racing. Ran last year with a stock engine (ran around 100, depending on class) and am returning with significant mods, so we'll see what she does.

Re: Started my car hobby blog
Hi Pete and Dan, The six in the pic is a spare. I also have a 250 out of a Camaro.
My third six is a 194 that's in my 66 Chevy II. It's the original engine and only has 62,000 miles on it. Great highway cruiser.
Drove the Chevy II 5600 miles this summer across part of Canada. Pics on my site.
Hope to find a Chevy II wagon some day to put one of the spare six bangers into.
Cheers, NVR DUN.
