It has cartoon suspension and will just rise up about 6 feet or so. BTW - where can I get some of those cartoon auto parts? Acme?

I did this in illustrator, a line the width of the vehicle might squeak through the vertical poles.

it's not roped off vehicles.. it's for walkers/runners/bikes..
they do this in big cities.. you try to clean the sidewalk in new york city.. without roping it off... good luck

The question is "How are they going to get the van out from inside the poles?" malc was showing that the van would barely fit between the poles.
