I needed taller covers to clear the roller rockers on my old motor and did not want to pay $$$ for the Mopar vc's. They weeped a little around the bolt holes, but otherwise worked fine.
Now thats American ingenuity..... Us Mopar guys always have less choice and pay more for it......

Definitely not a Mopar small block, you can tell by the valve cover bolts...... This is just wrong!

Circle track cars run two breathers on the drivers side to prevent oil from flying out the right hand cover in the corners.

BBR most be going to run downunder, and only make left turns ;D

BBR, thats a neat little trick, I'll have to pass that on to one of my cheapskate Mopar buddies, he'll love that idea.

Go easy on him, we (at least I) don't know the specs on that engine yet. Maybe he has it stroked to big block displacement.

Ha ha hardly. It was actually a 273! The plan for that car was a 342" turbo smallblock, but I somehow got distracted by a certain Ranger big block project and finally sold the car to another mopar-guy and his 16 y/o son. It was a cool car, but had a black interior and it would flame broil your ass in the summer. I do not miss that part at all. lol

Oh look: An A body 'Cuda with a belly-button engine. How cute. :

Personally I guess nobody got all bent out of shpe when the street rod guys first started crossbreeding their cars, so we shouldn't get too worked up over this.

                          I guess.
