they waited long enough that the kids that go see it. never saw the tv show. and I'll do good..
the ones that grew up with the tv show will not like it.. cause it's not the same..
but kids go to the movies 10 to1 of us older folk

This is mostly why in the past ten years I've been inside a movie theatre exactly three times. I hear that they're also planning a re-make of JAWS, I won't be seeing that one either.

Looks interesting to me. I couldn't imagine using some of the original actors in the remake aside from a cameo. I'd watch it on dvd for sure

Great idea, but I think the budget would've have to been doubled for his price tag. $30 million plus per movie. I don't see that this film has that big of a budget in total.
