Well, I would have liked to see Team USA get it, but it seemed like they only showed up full force the second half, Canada was there the whole game.

I'll be the cliche guy, but that was the best game I ever watched. Both teams did their countries very proud and acted like champs. No BS, just some of the best talent in the world getting after it. Great stuff.Originally posted by Not A Duster

Right now we're a little bipolar around here. Sad that the US lost, but happy that Sid the Kid (from our hometown and STANLEY CUP CHAMPION Penguins) scored the overtime goal. We don't know whether to laugh or cry.Comment

you know, it had the potential to get ugly, let's face it, it was basically NHL North vs. NHL South but both teams played great. Hockey is more than just a sport here, it's pretty much a religion. It was Gold or nuthin', there is no 2nd place for Canada, great game! The Yanks definitely served notice though, they are a team to be reckoned with, great game guys!"Life's tough.
