I got the same email twice from the usual Nigerian spamming scammer. It got dumped by yahoo in the appropriate file for me to ignore along with the Viagra and porn offers.

I don't see this as any way a bad reflection on you guys and how you run this site. Much bigger fish have been hacked.

You gotta admit it's good to know our guys get all pissed about this and watch out for us though.

We still haven't stopped!!!

We really hate spam and want to make sure you guys are taken care of. And now you are.

We found the issue. We weren't hacked or anything that dramatic, which is good, but we did have one very small way for folks to find some emails.

When you make your profile, you are able to say whether you want your email visible to the rest of the gang here at BangShift.com. Which is all fine. But on our end, in the admin portion of this forum, we have a very hidden check box that if not clicked allows guests to view your email address if you have allowed it to be viewed. We just clicked the box. So, only registered BangShifters can see your email address if you have allowed it.

So, we should be good to go.
