My oldest daughter has taken a liking to goofy 80s and 90s movies like the movie AIRPLANE for example, well she was asking about what movies to see and I suggested a few and the movie RAISING ARIZONA came up, well I happened to own it on dvd so we watched it last night.
So were sitting there discussing the movie after it was over since we lived in the area the movie was filmed, Tempe and Apache Junction AZ, anyways while the closing credits are running I see a familer name Frank Outlaw (yes its his REAL name) And im like WTF, NO WAY ! so I rewind the movie to the chase scene in the grocery store and sure enough, theres Frank holding a double barrel shot gun shooting at nic cage as hes running thru the store.
Well I make a phone call to a friend in AZ in confirm this and yup, thats old frank and come to find out thats how frank financed his first race car was from being in that movie,
