vid looks fake only because of the physical impossibility of lowering your legs while still on a handstand - balance wouldn't allow that without something holding up your waist

but my wife is (was) big into martial arts and can do the crazy "one hand stand" thing. Pretty crazy!

Hell...I've seen olympic gymnasts do it.
