The vette finally made the dyno.748 HP at the tires, the tuner said they are running a little rich to keep the motor safe but said there were still about 30 HP left on a leaner setting. Will let you know how the road test goes

    UPDATE : ground pounding vette

here are a few pics of a friends vette. It has been sitting for the past year due to a burned valve and damaged piston. the 5.7 was making 335 at the rear wheels. the new engine was professionally built to these specs. he started with a new 6.0 iron block with forged internals stroked to 402 cubic inches. a callies crank and rods. weisco pistons 9.0 comp, ATI super damper, ARP studs on heads and mains, a custom ground comp xes roller with .608 lift, stage 3 cnc ported heads with 2.02 intakes and 1.65 exhausts.aftermarket intake with 80# injectors and a 70mm throttle body. paxton novi 2000 supercharger set at 16# boost with intercooler.ceramic coated headers tied to a magnaflow exhaust, the trans is a cutom built 4 spd automatic with a converter built to spec (not sure of stall speed)the rear runs 3.73 gears.he hope to have it finished and to the tuner by the End of june.
