  • The Cons of owning a classic/unique car

when everybody knows your car, and there are no others like it, they can counter act your alibi that your friends would support.

In other words, my parents found out I wasn't helping my buddy Dan work on his boat until 2AM, when somebody was talking to them and said, "I saw Kyle's car in Woodstown late last night"

"I heard there was another beige Eagle Wagon in the area, that must have been it" didn't work, almost worked on my mom, but not my dad, he knows I would have been talking about that car before, and he's seen the girl's Eagle that I'm trying to help get back on the road
They don't know how to punish me yet
Rumors of my demise by rollover have been greatly exaggerated.

yes, Mom, I was buying you a gift until 2AM last night, and we bought it again, and again and again....

          quick thinking. ;D

I am in Eagles predicament with the 1 in a <add big number here> daily car. They all die here starting at less than 10 years old. To see something in the double decades is way unusual.. Not only that.. its whole life has had retards (I mean lesser mechanically inclined) stereotypes, and I hang out in the fast lane.
Another strange thing to watch out for is getting run into. A glance turns into a stare, or whatever...and bang. Absolutely bizarre. Stay careful.

Obviously staying out to late with a date and then lying about it. Remember this that mom and dads house is not a democracy and we don't need to prove anything beyonda reasonable doubt. loose mom and dads trust and it now gets turnned the other way around. You have to prove yourself.

                Kyle,
Not so sure an '83 AMC Eagle Wagon is considered a classic car, but it sure is unique !!

Unique = not in a good way.

According to the ladies, my wagon is cool.
I have no reason to disbelieve them.
