        he grew up around the corner from my buddy chris , up in croton , ny , his brother has an austin healy that was in worse shape than the that 58 , the body came out so straight , they painted it black

          guy is indeed a real worker.

          No bends. I get disappointed, as ambitious as I have been, if the floors are gone, especially rear corners. The car will never be the same again if they are. go for a jig from that point of error.. and hope the man made hand welded stuff is micronically correct for 4000 pounds. :

            holy crap - that car looked like it was *maybe* good for a few parts... I'll stand by my statement that Bodywork is more art than science! must be cool to know a guy like that.

              I do enough body work to know I shouldn't tackle something like that. He's an artist, for sure.
