We got hammered again by tornadoes and severe hail storms. They still don't know how many tornadoes hit but 4-5 deaths so far and a lot of damage.

Most of my neighbors lost windshields and back glass in their vehicles and every house around me, mine included, has holes through the shingles and decking into the attics.

This is not even the biggest one.

Man I feel for you, it seems like Oklahoma always gets the crap kicked out of it this time of year. Illinois is considered to be in Tornado Alley also but usually after they wreak Havoc in Oklahoma and Missouri the weather systems have weakend by the time they hit Illinois. Looks like Insurance wants to buy you a new roof.

yeow! We had some of that a few years back. I had to get out in it and go put our friend's dogs in their house. I was keeping my head low hoping the Bronco (and me!) didn't get nailed!

We just had 60 mph winds over here today....

"bout 4 yrs we had tennis ball size hail, GTA sat out in the whole storm. Only got three very small dents. If it had been me the dog would have had to take cover on his own!

that hail is huge!

I was just griping over the mid may frost warning locally.(1 in 4 chance to happen in all weather records averaged for this date), that means 120 years recorded, once every 30 years.



the tornadoes are the result of cold and warm, and open plains (especially)
seems as though it is not over yet...
be prepared.

The volcano got a big cloud. Weathers are gonna move strangely.

No, if it was basketball sized then it would be apocalyptic. ;)

Sorry to hear about the damages, but the main thing is your ok, everything else can be fixed.

And I'm sure glad I live in Phoenix, worst thing that happens here is it gets a little hot and the dust blows around.

Big storms, glad you're OK. We got lucky and the smaller part went south of us about 30 miles.

and yea, that's some big hail right there, I've never seen any that big.

how do you run from a chunk of hail like that?
