I posted a link to a story. I would recommend reading it. I struggle with guilt somewhat since her tires were in bad shape and I didn't realize it.

You're taking on too much weight David. Rain. Too fast. Cell phone. Unfamiliar road. Forget the tires. Not a factor.

Things beyond your control. You were not driving the car. You couldn't live her life for her.

No matter the car/truck. It does not move an inch until everyone has belted up...

I'm sorry to hear of another innocent lost to not belting up...
