the goliath engine, I have seen it in photo dismantled. It resembles nothing of subarus anything. Internet is a real ass sometimes.And I believe that Subaru bought the manufacturing rights and tooling for the Goliath engine after its parent company (Borgward) folded, if I?m not mistaken. If indeed the Goliath engine was built by Subaru, then the early-1970s Subies such as the FF-1 and 1300 may have engine parts that interchange with the Goliath?s.
