    Made you click :D

Seriously though, vote for a stripper 5.0 mustang here (http://www.thefordstory.com/your-ide...2-mustang-gts/) and make them regret listening to idiots like me.

The way I see it, we only have one or two years to make this happen before they ruin the mustang with an independent rear suspension.

Just like your joints, the more flexible it is, the less strength is inherent in it.

Just drove a 2011 GT manual car last night, a ragtop that we had on the lot here. WOW!! That new engine is very nice.

You can build a strong one but good luck making it cheap and light.

The c6 vette IRS with the mounts spaced out is probably the strongest one I know of but The camaro's new IRS is an abortion. Let's see a new Camaro run 10's with slicks, a cold air intake, and a hundred shot off the showroom floor like Evolution's 2011 mustang.

I dont' doubt ford can build a good one, after all, they're the guys that came up with the Revo-knuckle or whatever for the RS... but man, I doubt it'll be as cheap as a "stick axle". The 8.8 just flat rules. It's strong, it's cheap, it's simple.
