What's it worth?

I don't have any pics so let me paint the picture.

It's a '66 Mustang Fastback. It's a rolling shell only, no rust, glass, interior, or front sheet metal.
I have been trying to talk the guy out of it for a while and I think he is starting to come around.

I was at a swap meet this morning, prices have come down.

I saw a 67 coupe - more complete but probably more rusty than what you're describing - $1800.

Nice 64.5 inline 6 coupe - really nice straight car - all there, good paint and interior drive anywhere - $4500.
