that is their current record set this may. they are hopefull that the new motor will be good for 4.85s in the 1/8. here is a vid from a run in 2008.

That's "Igor" (name of the engine - not car - it used to be in a Baretta)
Let's just say that in the early years of that program, they had a lot more setbacks than successes. Good to see they have the car flying these days. A buddy of mine's Dad did some machining on the original "Igor" engine
Local guys - race at Mission BC track frequently - if I make it down there this weekend they'll be racing.

All that on a single pot Rochester and 24 MPG to boot? Nice!
That's a killer 6 right there. I've got an old article somewhere about Bruce Sizemore (?) running a Ford 6 with a head build from brazed up 351C cylinder heads. THAT was some work, for sure.
