Look up T6racing.org - I have 'em bookmarked. He makes the lumps, which I'm pretty sure are a copy of Clyde Norwood's (Performance Engine Service) lumps. I'm guessing these folks install the T6 lumps but I could be wrong. I suppose anyone with a CNC mill could set up to carve them out. Sissel's still offers lump installation last I knew but theirs are furnace brazed in - seems like more hassle than necessary. I have a PES head but it seems to leak - and has huge combustion chambers. Looking into fixing that.
