I stumbled into this today, it's rougher than the pics show.

$600 and it comes with 2 NICE front fenders and fascia v8 headers and another set of window panels. I didn't see any holes in the floor, but it has rubber floor mats and it was damp under it.
the doors are junk.

Like I need another project : I'm a sucker for a wagon 8)

I did ride in a pinto 2 door wagon, loved the design.

Thanks guys, I was thinking the same thing.

I need to check with the county/state about getting a title for it, I have never fought that fight in Tennessee. The guy who has it, bought it from a meth addict who has had it for years. Meth dude has left the state. I don't expect we will ever get the title from him.

The car is cool. Definitely a fun project.

My brother bought a car out of Tennessee with no title from a junk yard in Memphis years ago. Took him a while to get the title.

I may be in the minority on this one -

I would NOT buy it until you have a proper detailed look at the floors - and an honest thought process about what it's going to take to fix the floors, put a tube frame under it - or at least connect the front and rear subframes in some fashion.

I say this only because I know you have the 'bu wagon - a bitchen project in itself.

AND - you have that cool old mopar rod/truck deal.
(and your insanely cool boat)

IMHO -

Given limited time and resources that we all have to deal with
- those projects TRUMP this little thing on the badderasserness scale as far as deserving your time and talents.

My very first car was a '77.....it, too was red, albeit in MUCH better condition...still kick myself for letting it go(yes, it was gonna get the V8 swap...eventually...the 4-banger still ran like a top).

$600? I'd see what I could do to hem/haw the price down a couple of huns.......but hell yes.
