We've got almost 200,000 kms on our 2004 Jetta tdi, never missed a beat yet and still going strong- I'm looking forward to at least half a million with proper maintenance. One of the nicest little cars I have driven and, minimal depreciation to boot, I wish they made the Tiquan in a diesel for the north american market.

how does that explain the poor customer satisfaction level on truly poorly made v dubs ?
guess the tdi is the rare exception ? haha
I worked on old diesel rabbit in florida , was leaking oil for so long , thought the whole engine was sculpted from undercoating

in july , vw sold 20,000 cars , just behind subaru and just ahead of mazda -not real major league , that is with the euro being down
