  • Deep Fried Beer

Got some tuna steaks going on the charcoal smoker, enjoying a Labor Day off-work stretch. I think I've cooked everything except ice cream over heat and over time.

But this one's new. Who woulda thunk? Unit found this one somewhere.

I heard this story and interview with the inventor on public radio. Sound like something I would like to try.

      Me too.

The creation features Guinness beer, secured away in a ravioli-like envelope of pretzel dough.

        Double Cheeseburger for example.

The most popular items are still chocolate bars and cakes.

Okay, I'm going to hijack the thread I started, without starting another one. Conservation, saving space.

Pumpkin's met Spankie the Dawg. But maybe he hasn't seen Spankie at his "best." This is Spankie the Dawg. It sure is. Personified. This one made Unit laugh so loud, I had to go in the next room to see what was up.

            I love the deep fry.

I learned chicken on my own, then pototao stuff is endless (maine, of course.. gotta learn pototoes)

I then caught onto a sterility, the cooker gives... good in more ways than a fat guy cannot complain about.

the salt pretzel/ beer thing... clever.

I gotta hunt a frier down again. ;D
