    A friend of mine still has the tickets he bought for a Hendrix show that was to have taken place about 2 weeks after Jimi died. My buddy is still pissed he didn't get to see Jimi in concert.

      Some buddies of mine got to see him
      at Woodstock....they were a few days AWOL
      getting back to base

      Still crank up his albums and kick back

          I got to see the Skynyrd show at nassau coliseum in 1987 that was the make up show from 1977 , after the plane crash
          I believe tickets from 1977 were honored that night
