non issue, it'll be repealed, the car passed tech in before the race.. and the towtruck wacked the car good pushing it to the winners circle..
they check this before the race, if they missed it. oh well. shame on them..
and it wasn't an advantage as smoke was killing him. untill the gas ran out..
