Around here, it's gotta be Sonic Drive Ins, they are a hit and miss proposition also. Taco Bueno, Wendys, Wingstop, and the local Bar-B-Q stand at the grocery store. You can get a full slab of ribs, a pound of sliced or chopped beef, three large side orders of your choice, fried okra, potato wedges, corn on the cob, baked beans just to name a few, and a pack of buns all for 25.99. That was supper last night. Tonight, it's Chinese from a local restaurant run by Chinese. ;D Good food and I call ahead and pick up at a window in back of the restaurant. They all know me and I usually get a few extras thrown in. Extra beef Teryaki this time.

              Re: Fast Food

White Castles are great, but I'm not sure they qualify as "food". They don't seem to upset my constitution, unless you count the gas - a potential answer to the energy crisis.

Of the ones listed, I went w/Arby's. However, here in Wilmington we have a small chain (3 restaurants) called PT's. I put it in the fast food category mostly because it's a made-to-order burger that costs like a trip to the Fallen Arches. $6.50 gets you a GREAT burger (twice the beef of any fast food thing that I know about) and a HUGE order of hand-cut fries. Good Eatin'. Come to town and I'll drag you there.

The real question is what part of the 'roo are you eating?

I know that Australia is a big supplier of their beef, obviously here, and I think we export to McD USA too. I think the kangaroo meat is a rumor. ;)

I always say that Burger king uses beef and McD's uses "beef product"

I live two blocks from one and never ever go there. I ain't 30 minutes for a frigging burger. Doesn't qualify as fast food.
