Yep, Thanksgiving is on a Sunday (always) and the Monday after is a stat holiday here. Besides after all the turkey you need an extra day to let it all settle : and maybe sleep some off ;)

The other weird thing is that they have the 4th. of July on the wrong day! (Hey, I can tease - I'm half Canadian myself).

Had a nice dinner with my sister and her boyfriend yesterday ... better cooking than I can do myself by a long shot. ;D
