    Got tickets to see Kenny Rogers tonight

    A buddy of mine hooked me up with some killer seats to see Kenny Rogers 5 rows back center stage. Show starts here in a bit. I hope he doesn't do what all the other old timers do and sing a bunch of new crap..no one wants to hear that stuff...90% of the time it sucks...we want to hear the old stuff...the GOOD stuff...

    On another note...anyone a little creped out by the crazy amount of plastic surgery he has had recently...

    SixPack starring Kenny wasn't a bad car movie, he's no Burt Reynolds but, did OK ;D

        6 Pack was a good flick...kinda like the Bad News Bears but with a race car...

                I had to escort my mother in law into the fleet center in boston , as wifey was too pregnant , cyndi lauper opened up the show , so at least there was some credibility
                elton was a free show , since I gave a nice girl a ride
                never mind that I had been to shows like aerosmith , johnny winter , srv , deep purple , accept , wasp , whitesnake , rainbow , alvin lee , southern culture on the skids , dick dale , the ventures , black sabbath , elp , saxon , riot , quiet riot , the who , the firm , pink floyd , sick of it all , fugazy , the offspring , lynyrd skynyrd , blackfoot . steppenwolf , stray cats , brian setzer , outlaws , doc holiday , neil young , iron maiden , judas priest , george thorogood, metallica , guns and roses ,dio, def leppard ,link wray , robert gordon , robert plant , elp ,leslie west , mason ruffner, megadeth ,the dead , fleetwood mac , billy joel ,paladins, the cult anda lot of blues acts at manny's car was in nyc

                      Had a great time, he played all the hits and a just a few ones from recent years. He cut a few songs short and left our verses...I suspect because his voice cant hold out like it used to. All in all tho everyone had a good time, he is a funny man, and there was a lot in interaction with the audience....I believe that if I was not the youngest person in the audience..i was in the top 20. the average age had to be 65....people stood up and I was scared someone was gonna break a hip.

                          why I don't own a pro stock car
                          me and bill used to go to three shows a week , until he got all druggie and later o/ded
                          going to whitesnake on super bowl sunday in 1988 got us pulled over in ft lee and a free car cleaning by the local coppers
