stupid? whatever. My lake trailer, boat and second gen Lightning look like that. 4500 pounds of steel out of the trailer so far... I haven't started in the garage yet, but it's all just melted plastic. The metal stuff is still there.
No insurance is probably because NO MONEY. You whine about it all the time - it applies here too. The setup there doesn't look like a big money setup, just some poor bastard who's baby's got turned to charcoal.
No insurance. Hmmm. Me too. My trailer had been there 50 years with no mishaps, but it's gone now and looked much like that guy's garage. It makes me sick to my stomach. Insurance or not, how the hell do you get your collection back? In my case, my mom's ashes were in the trailer... how do I get them back?
This kind of thing sucks your will to live out of you. I feel for the folks who owned it. It's just crushing. After you puke and cry, you either PAY more of what you already don't have a lot of extra of or you get busy cleaning. That's what I did all summer, almost done now and it SUCKS.
true, but I'd sell one so I could insure them.. better to give up one than , this. they'd still be gone,but..
sad anyway you look at it..
w/monster and before pic's
I know I sure don't.......... Ya kind of scary!!!!!!!!
Heck, I don't think regular car insurance covers fire anyways, at least I'd be surprised if my auto insurance paid for my cars buring down. I think it'd have to fall under a homeowner's policy, particularly in a garage. I wonder what my fire limits are.... I remember thinking it was way higher than the value of all the junk I own, but I wasn't factoring replacing cars.
