I'm working the show. Bob Ashton did the Power Tour with me last year. Really great guy.
It is one of if not the best muscle car show in the country.
I'm to take a ton of pictures for him. So keep watching.
I attended a few stops of Power Tour also. Got hooked on that in 1997 or so. I agree on this Chicago Show being about the best musclecar show in the country. We were blown away last year, and looking forward to it this weekend. Stop by and say HI if you can. We'll be selling 1:18 diecast in front of our White E350 Van lettered Supercar Collectibles. In the back 40 I guess, on a side wall?
This was my first year and it was a very good show. The Hurst and Motion displays were impressive. I couldn't get over the number of rare cars, there were four Boss 429 Mustangs If I counted correctly. I can't post pictures from work but will try and get some up tonight.
We attended this last year.
If you're close at all (or want a road trip) we strongly suggest checking this event out.
Well, let's see some of your pics then ......
We drove straight back form the show, home at 1:15am, back to work today 7:00am, trying to get caught up. We snuck out from the booth and took a few pics and will try to post tomorrow maybe. Check out the 100's taken by Devil in the meantime?

The photo's from Devil give you the best selection to see. It was the "rare" of rare showing up. '67-68-69 Yenko Camaros, 9 (NINE) Yenko Dueces, 2 seater AMX's, 390-401 Javelin's, Rebel SST, Mercury Cyclones, Catalina SD's, '64-74 + 04-06 GTO's, Beswick drag cars, Hurst/Indy pace cars, '68-70 Darts, '66-70 Nova's, new age Nickey Camaros & Mr Norm Garage cars, plus a dusty filthy '67 Corvette Coupe BARN FIND (Sept 2010) with dirty dirty ugly tri-power for power 427, dusty, in snow tires, and the engine heater cord coming out the grille in front. An original "Minnesota winter used" tri-power car! So from dirt to flirt, they were there. 500+ cars I was told. I'll never recover.
