"He just fell asleep and passed away." We all should be so fortunate. Rest in peace..

My wife mentioned that to me earlier. Bummer. Funny guy, always enjoyed his stuff.
Need to still find some police squad stuff for the DVD collection.

                  roger, roger.

just today, a license plate went by. I have nothing to look at but cars being a drivers helper.

                  "content"

I thought does this mean content with her car or the contents of it? Or is it a tent at the circus?

she is content with the content of the con tent... at the circus...

A movie embedded in my life, leslie nielson was in it (one of many, with many aging actors). may he rip. ;)

What I found amazing is that in his serious acting jobs of '60's his acting style was exactly the same as we found so funny twenty years later.

"Don't call me Shirley." That was only one of a thousand lines he so entertained us with, but maybe one of the most famous. And I wonder if HE thought that was one of the best.

It's always a loss to see a good one leave us. And as we go, more good ones will leave. Let's just be glad we had them when we did, and better yet to enjoy the ones we have today. Because today is all we have.

                        Re: RIP Leslie Nielson

I was looking for an early episode of the TV series where he blew up an 18-story building with a rocket launcher because there was a sniper on the roof. Couldn't get to it. But this one is okay, though...
