I heard this one a long time ago, but was reminded today of how funny it is. Roy D. Mercer called targeted people on their job on a dare from somebody, friend or family of the victim. I think I've put some of Roy's stuff here before, maybe even this one. But this came in on email today, and yes, I laughed again. I sure did.
