For my other stuff I usually just do four sets of 25 push ups every weeknight, and 100 curl ups every other. I do my normal PT running which totals about 6 miles a week, and then I try and go for a long run on Friday between 4-8 miles. On occasion I find a pull up bar and do some pull ups, but mostly I just stick to push ups, sit ups and running.
