    I'm googling as we speak.....
Yes, it used to be called Jimmy's Radio. They got bought out, but if you really need to go that way I can find out the new name.

they are all the same the face is different..
even a 82 t/a gauge should work just change the face 0-90ohm

              That is incorrect.

The gauge has a spot to fit in, and some
of the buckets that contain the windings are
              of a different diameter.

min, I just (an hour ago) looked at my 71 sweep and my 82 t/a fuel gauge,
they are the same othere than the face.. and needle
                0-90ohm

try Desert Valley Autowrecking in the Phoenix area

                  http://www.dvap.com/

and also try Dicks Speedo and Tach in Tempe, AZ

                  http://www.dicksspeedotach.com/

dick will either have it, repair it, or know where to get it - my buddy owns a shop next door to him and dick has a great rep on the west coast for his work and craftsmenship

                    Nice.

In the last 2 days, I've pulled the I/P's apart on 5 different 70's
era GM cars sitting in the back lot, all were different, all mounted the
gauge to the face differently. No screws, rivets.

Some were bigger, and the face mounting holes were farther
apart, the difference stacks up when room is limited.

Boooghar...can I use you as a reference with him?

We can give him that option,
but he's looking to keep it original.

Thanks for the ideas...keep em coming.

                              Update.

Found a broken wire in the gauge bucket, and repaired.

                              All better.
