I'm not sure I want to tell this part but cleaned up the valves REinstalled them in the heads, Torker intake,MSD.
At the track will run 13.50 and turn 6000 all day long without complaint, and did not halve to fly cut the pistons.

Is that the engine combo used to in that run? What else is done to the car? I would love to make my care do that ^^^

Yeah, that's it. I did a pretty thorough gasket match and port job on the heads. Hilarious that it goes like it does for what's in the engine. It's got a 12 sec. run in it, Greg just needs to work out some bugs.
whatre you doing to get it to launch so good? whatre the specs on the tires, etc?

            Re: 302 sbf build-up questions

Have you guys read about that car on corral that I believe got into the 11's with mostly stock stuff?
Its a long read but lots of good stuff in there.
I think it was called project stocker or something like that.
It is a white aero LX.
If I find it I will send it your way.

is it a white notch that youre talking about?

if so, he got into the 11's with stock stuff AND a 150 shot ;D

there is a guy with a naturally aspirated GT40p combo running 11's though

Yup that't the one. He did some good things before the naws though.

Whatever the stock weight of a mustang is I havent done any lighting to it.

The white car on the corral is getting hit with a 200 shot! I am pretty sure he weld up the rear control arms and put a bag in the right rear unless I am getting the guy w/ the P motor mixed up

i stand corrected, the white car im talking about is running a 200 shot to get into the 11.80's however it is running the stock long block (including intake) at 4000' elevation IIRC.

ive spoken to quite a few guys on there running carbed combo's more like my car on 150 shots at lower elevations and are running 11.90's-11.60's. so i think as long as my trans holds up with slicks and a 4.10 gear i could break into the 11's

the guy with the "p" heads im talking about goes by "nohrspwr" IIRC on the corral and is running 11.80's NATURALLY ASPIRATED. with an explorer motor with a small cam (possibly just a mustang cam) and other small bolt-ons
