Yup, still a blue flag or blue with yellow stripe to indicate that you are going to be overtaken. But generally it would not be shown when two cars in the same race class are battling for a position. Usually it is shown when lapped cars are going to be passed, or when a faster category class car is passing one from a slower category, such as in ALMS that has something like 4 classes racing at the same time.
