my car did that with a blown headgasket...
and it hovered forever.
I assumed it was the lining of the pipes with oil and antifreeze, the heat grabbing a layer and showing as a thicker than normal vapor in the air...as a smoke ring.. it would expand to about 3 feet and just hover there..
this excitation stuff... what are they talking about.
all one needs is a fully exhaust piped car with a blown headgasket. :
