Being an ex Seabee........never got to
experience ship life.......we did have two
aircraft carriers based at Quonset Point and
two ammo ships dock in Davisville

Yeah. All those ships that carried that equipment have been decommed and most of them sunk. So you used to be a "Dirt Sailor"?

I love Seabeas. They get stuff done in the most dire circumstances. I saw where the made an airport out in the middle of the desert in 9 months during the opening months of Iraqi Freedom.
