No, warrior dash is typically only 5k as opposed to 10 miles. (at the 5k point on the Tough Mudder course they have a big sign that reads "Warrior Dash finish- but this is Tough Mudder and you aren't even through a third of the course.") I doubt you will have a problem with it. Many of the obstacles will have just enough of a line that you can recover, so you don't need to be a hardcore distance runner. I would make sure you can run the 5k distance, but that's all.

My cousin's wife ran the Warrior Dash in the Minneapolis area yesterday. She had a blast getting all muddy. She is not a young lady either. Her oldest boy is 22 years old. So, Walt, if a 50 something lady can do it; you should blaze right through will ease.BS'er formally known as Rebeldryver

I'm trying to plan my day and noticed I'm almost out of beer, I'm probably going to run to the store and get some....Okay, so I'm using the word "run" figuratively, but it's gotta be around 3 miles one way.Originally posted by TCalso boost will make the cam act smaller

Looking at warrior dash, I'd say your obstacles are going to be a bit less intense. Also, the course map posted looks pretty flat, as opposed to ours where we were constantly running up and down a ski hill. If you can run 10 miles, I'd say you will have no issues.
