    AT-6 Texan II

    F-106 Delta Dart

BTW, I never would have gotten the Staggerwing.....
I think you're right on the Texan. I built a lotta tools for that plane.

As I understood from the test pilots, that thing is quite the little hot rod.

        Re: Guess The Airplane

I suspect that the A-10 is the only plane with a liquid cooled cannon.
Last one is probably a predator drone.
First one could be any self starting jet. (looks like the ports for the apu)

              Not an A-10.

              Predator is correct.

You are 50% correct, but the 2nd picture is not an F/A-18.

                    Re: Guess The Airplane

If it's not an F/A-18, and it has the modern style paint scheme and a gun, it's either an F-15, 16, or 14. The -16 has a different body shape, and the paint color looks more navy, so my money says F-14.

I'll agree with that....looks like a Turkey...er...F-14! (been a long time since I bent wrenches on one of those!)

Hmmm, now that I look at the 2nd picture again...I upped the contrast so the paint is a wee bit lighter than it should be. Here's a picture of the landing gear from that same bird. Hope it helps...

If that's what I think it is, don't you think that's being just a little bit picky?

I promise, same bird, but people get confused about this all the time.

                            Here's the big hint:

Appears to be carrer capable, but has NEVER made a trap or a launch at sea.
