  • a thank you To Gene. (Schtauffer)

I wanted to thank Gene for all his help this week, Im sure his arm probably still hurts.

He came over and drug out my snowmobile , did all the pulling and got it running. And then he helped me replace the skis and skags. and to make matters he even had to fix the fuel line for me.

Now it starts with one pull and zips along at 55 mph.

    THANK YOU GENE!!

Gene's one of the good guys - but we knew that! I need to get back up your way and hang with you two again.

              Aww shucks...

What Doug didn't tell you is that he let me ride his sled for 40-50 miles last week. It was a riot! Thank YOU, Doug!

How did the video turn out?

Gene, I couldn't coax you down this far on the map to put in a garage door - you said it was too far.

We got one. Done locally. Yeah, it works.

Wish you coulda done it instead. Woulda been more fun.

No problem. I'll trade you one new Mustang of your choice for a couple of the treasures your landlord has stored away. Let me come browse what you got, and we'll deal.

I actually made 4 videos , but they got really grainy as it got darker. there is some cool footage, lousy audio .

And yes he did say about servicing my doors, he installed them years ago.

You all should have heard him talking trash, Calling Bruab out. Hell, he wanted to ride up to Brians house and race him.
( OK, I made that up)

All kidding aside, thanks Gene , its here for you to ride.

I thought you might like that. My landlord is really cheap... I've been 'fixing' it for about 5 yrs now... The other side is almost as bad, its only broken twice. A 2542@190 lbs. is too lite and nobody makes a spring for a 360lb door anymore.........or so Overhead says.... and acme won't custom make me one >
