That's kinda what happened to me. Except the cops said the minivan was doing 90+mph and I was going about 25-30mph. And that guy walked away, where I spent the next year learning how to walk again!

Also my bike stuck in the front of the car that hit me - they were towed away together in one piece. lol

Driving an appliance, not paying attention, unaware of surroundings. I deal with those people all the time up here, they must have a death wish. I wont go into a rant.

That happened to my dad too. A guy talking on his cell phone rear ended him at a red light.
Totaled a pretty nice BSA and broke his leg >
