If I lost my post count overnight, I'd go postal against the post counter itself. I'd transform myself into an internet worm and crawl through all the wires connecting all the computers of the world and hunt the post counter code down like a dog (or is it really just a piece of silicon that sits in a server somewhere, I dunno?).

And when I confronted the post counter, I would severely threaten to the blast the post counter to smithereens if it didn't get its lazy ass back in line, and if it didn't, I'd....I'd I'd

Let's put this into perspective. I LIKE the post count (hit) on my own web site. It lets me know folks out there are having fun.

Posts on a forum are a little different. A gargantuan count on a forum represents whole lot of time, if nothing else.

But let's step back and take a look at that, in my opinion (I've been in basically a psychology class all week, so it's spilling over).

An obsession..... posting on a forum is a whole lot cheaper than owning a Lear Jet, and maybe even as much fun. And I would have 75K posts on BS if there was that much time in the world, I just KNOW I would. And you all KNOW I would.

You can't stop us, as HEMI said "post whores."
