NCAA set up what they called BRACKET TOWN at the place where the Houston Autorama is held, the whole area was blocked off, had all kinds of free concerts in front, traffic nitemare anywhere around where that was held and also the stadium where the game was, then add on top of that the PGA Shell Open, Glad I got out of town and went to Austin
