Innertube ;D. Anywho, the Landlord has LOTS of homemade and some Aftermarket 'Racks' to store His Cars, ect at His various Buildings. Whe you have 1300 Cars INSIDE you gotta have room. Hell, the Ex-Linen Mill has not one but two(a 'Sub-Sub' Basement...)lower levels. Each 'Floor' can support 'about' 120-30 Cars parked 'normaly.' ~J/W.

Cool. It is a fantasy of mine to have enough land to be that eccentric old dude with tons of derelict cars laying around. Our property would have to be arranged such that it was all out of eyeshot of the wife. ;D

At least he realized he didn't need rubber tires, since he was storing them for the long term !!!

I'd like to see how he got them up there
                    - I'd guess some kind of winch or a push from the bucket of an old oliver tractor.

I'm guessing the ramp must slide side to side to get the vehicles into their place.

Most Studes must have the same track width huh?
There's always something new to learn.

When I saw the title to this thread I was excited to get new ideas for my shop. I sure wasn't prepared for the Rupe Goldberg thing. Here sure went through a lot of work to entertain us. I can't imagine he did it for anything else? :P.

Get stuck? I've seen one puke up a dead frog and a snake that was still alive, but I've never seen one get itself stuck. You just don't see stuff like that everyday.
