I thought this was cool.
.005 clearance, 68 years ago. check for twist, bent...
at the time, I am fairly certain the inline fours and v8s mostly had the 3 mains...not happy engines for power.

this guys vids and air fuel, I keep relating the two.
I remember posting the tree vid, he mentions the tree in this one too. interesting stuff. A factor in engine performance is in this vid.
