"BangShift Approved" TV Shows??

This is a thread to post up your favorite shows that you think are BangShift Approved.

For me:

1. American Restoration. I love watching old stuff get restored to (hopefully) resuse again.

2. American Pickers. I love watching these guys find and retrieve "rusty gold".

I guess I just like old stuff!

River Monsters - Usually on that Planet Green channel, he goes after giant fresh water fish with big teeth.

Meteorite Men - Major geek factor but the idea of finding rocks in the middle of nowhere worth thousands of dollars is kind of cool.

First 48 - I never wanted to be a cop but I find the whole process of murder investigation interesting.

"American Pickers" and "River Monsters" are big faves in our house.
So are "Swamp People" and "Mythbusters".
Does "Red Green" count?

Damn near anything on the history channel, travel channel, power block..I am not a fan of many of the "car"shows anymore...they bug me...

I am by nature a stressed out, high strung kind of guy and have a hard time relaxing...so I watch a lot of comedy stuff...it makes me laugh and makes me feel better...I am a big fan of the Simpsons, Family guy, American Dad, Cleveland Show, King of the Hill.

My love for big rigs drove hard makes Discovery's "American Loggers" one of my favorites.

The new season of "American Restoration" is awesome!

Cam and I can't drive by an old barn or building now without wondering what may be inside because of "American Pickers"
