been working on a 57 gasser wiring, ect ect, it needs some tuning work (dont think the guy has run the lifters since 1996), his 64 fairlane needs a wiper motor and some
wiring issues fixed. lots of work from this guy!! got most the parts to build a motor for the the 78 malibu race car.
hopefully get to work on the 50 sedan delivery project soon!
been temperary laid off two weeks in a row but the car work has helped pay the bills
downer is that last thursday got poked in the eye with a wire and spent 3 days with my eye stuck shut
but its getting better now, thank the Lord!

For me, every day is a weekend! I know, I'm rubbin' it in. But I plan to get up on the mezzanine (remember THAT project?) and start installing the plywood flooring. I'm THIS CLOSE ][ to getting it done but I do need to make a run to pick up the stairs and other bits. Maybe do THAT this weekend, depending on what David (Rack4U) is doing.

Was hoping to have the car all back together this weekend and take it out but that won't happen now. Will be at the car show this weekend and probably a couple of smaller local ones too

Plan was to move the extra SVO into the boneyard to give me some room to start working on the Alfa GTV. The Lovely Donna has requested that I get the Alfa working for her this year.

But, the front left brake is acting up on the DD SVO, so that will take some of the available time. I'd like to throw on the modified turbo that I have for it also, just for "shits and grins". But do I really need to blow some more air into an engine that is at a 200,000 miles and counting...of course!!

No car shows or races for me. I AM BUILDIN! Engines, and finishing cars.. well workin towards gettin them finished. Eventually some shows and races will be happenin. Its been so long since I made a full pass I think it will scare me. I better bring underwear next time I get to the track.

You guys going to events better get pics. I will be sorely upset if I get no pics of events I cant attend.

Just finished classes for this semester but lucky for me, summer classes start Monday! I wrecked the trans in my Crown Vic last September and haven't driven it since. This is the first weekend I'm free to wrench in 8 months. My neighbour/buddy has offered me up his garage for a couple of days. Hopefully I can get the car running soon and put it up for sale. If it's fubar'd, I'm going to junk it - I don't have any more time or money to beat this dead horse.

Dobie... only because that's were my mom graduated from.

I'm going to put up a shelf and shed and see if I can't get the garage wide enough to open doors on both sides of the DD all the way. Other than that, it's more grad school grind!
