ahhhh Now Freiburger.... Looky here Grasshopper...

I said you would find Many Record setters... Your ability to pick a car has stood the test of time... You know the records and you know the cars... you get that credit... and the abilty to build a Motor... ( especially that part ) You'd find a cheap car that will work... the Seth would be well served...

Otherwise he's going to end up with a Sedan DeVille with a iron duke...

You could give him good JUU JUU...

Chad and I just found a GREAT '60 Datsun micro-truck for Modified Mini...and then read the rules and found out that it's '72-and-newer only. DANG.

572 / Blown Fuel Classic Modified Mini Pickup

          AA/BFCMMP

That would be a fun Class to clean up after.

It has to run in the car class.A brick can fly with enough h.p.

I need to run The 1903 Olds Truck. It is to bad there is no CLassic/Vintage pick-up Class. Classic Pick-up would be a large CLass.

And Yes, I know there is no Classic Class for Pick-ups. I'm with Terry on this one, that there should be more Truck Classes. In time it may happen.

In the fullsize pickup class it can be as old as '47.

What is a good Drag Coefficient for LSR? I found a car that has a .33 rating which is almost identical to a new 997 Porsche that I could possibly get for a reasonable price. I know that aero tricks can help, but I figure the better you start with the better you end up with. Just Curious. :

Do you know the CD of the HR Special?

But don't forget that you also care about wheelbase, lift, frontal area, and class compatability.

It has a 113" wheelbase and is 75" wide. It has virtually no frontal area, but I am not sure about lift or class compatability. It is RWD and looks like a bullet 8) It weighs 3800 lbs stock and I am pretty sure I could get it to 3200 at least.

Now for the latest question. Is there a speed at which aero is more important than weight? If so, will it take effect in a standing mile?
