Chad, you're obviously a good tech rep. Most tech conversations begin with, "Is the computer plugged into the wall?" That's how the conversation always starts. Every time.
I hate it when I call India and I get that question. I mean...no, not a rant.
I'm doing a re-do, to celebrate Keith's triumphant and healthy return, and this is without request for it - I'll just do it.
Keith is one of the few persons on earth who ever made me write a song about them. If I write a song (and they're all crap done by a poor player - ME) it's always about a situation, not a person. This is in fact a situation, but it's more about a person - Keith.
It was inspiring. The speech he made from the podium at the Maxton kickoff, April last year. It's almost word-for-word.
Here's what Keith said to the adorning crowd, and we were there:

"I want to control ignition timing, I've been trying for two weeks."
"Have you installed the ignition controller?"
"Uhhh, No, D'oh!"
That conversation didn't actually happen, but in retrospect it would of saved me two weeks of troubleshooting!
That was right up there with, is it plugged in?Escaped on a technicality.

...and somehow the words "international incident" never showed up. Successful trip?Editor-at-Large at...well, here, of course!
"Remy-Z, you've outdone yourself again, I thought a Mirada was the icing on the cake of rodding, but this Imperial is the spread of little 99-cent candy letters spelling out "EAT ME" on top of that cake."
